Well, nice race. However as you probably see I did a huge mistake on 7th control. It was quite confusing in that part. This area by the way looks like is caused by some forest fire some time ago. I felt like a little child when I was running around in those marshes and green areas from control to control among dozens of other peoples but unable to find my own control. In the end I had to ask some fat woman on her control where does that contral is and than I was finally able to find my own.
Otherwise it was quite nice race in last part after the gree/yellow area it was in fact denser than it looks like from the map.
Our team was unfortunatelly disqulified due to inconvenient injury of Leif.

this race wasn't as difficult as I was afraid it would be. From the beggining I did some not very good routechoices for example to control three. However in the area where control 3, 4, 5 and 6 were I didn't any major mistake. Than the very long leg came. I tried to find out where to run to 18th control during the race but I couldn't find any easy solution. At the end I decided to run almost straight however I have should run even straighter. I have lost there almost 5 minutes to the winner there.

I didn't feel very good before the race but I was able to keep high pace all the race. Unfortunatelly for me I had the slowest possible forking so I came to finish some one and half minute later than the winner at first leg. However my two mates from the team had of course the faster forking so we moved to final 5th place and this time we didn't lost much to the podium. just about 1,5 minute.

Much more difficult race than qualification. I did some mistakes especially in the middle part with rocks. However I am satisfied with 9th place.

I am very satisfied with this race. I felt good so I was able to keep decent good pace all the time. I didn't any big mistakes. Only few little ones. My goal was to pass to final A first time in men cathegory and I fullfiled my dream because I won this qualification heat.

I really can't be proud of my today performance. In the first part I did a mistake on every single control. I had also problems with keeping directions. In second part which were rather physically though I did a better job but it hasn't change anything on fact that I was around 30th place in overall.

the race consisted from two, completely different parts. First, "Vysočina" like terrain was quite fast with a lot of vegetation details with vast paths net. In that part I ran well except a mistake on the second cotrol where I had a problem to read a map correctly. Second part was steep hill ascending from the reservoir in the dale. There were also some little rocks and stones. I wasn't very secure with my map in that part so I took slightly slower pace. On the end of the race I started to feel very tired especially during climbing the last big hill before pre-warning. I was 15th and 9th including only czech runners so I was satisfied with the race.

Min första tävling detta ?r. Tyvärr var jag jättetrött efter sv?r 10mila träningcamp förra veckan. Jag kände ganska stor smärtan i min rygge. Efter ett stort misstaget p? första kontrollen sprang jag inte fullt tempo.
